ANZAC Day: We read John McCrae's poem In Flanders Field then created our poppy art. For the background we used art pencils and applied different pressure and a mixture of short and long strokes to create the shading the grass. We then painted on the poppy and used sharpie for finer detail in the poppy. ...lest we forget.
Haiku Poems: an example of our Haiku poems we wrote for our gorgeous mums! A Haiku is a 3 lined poem, the first line has 5 syllables, the second has 7 and the third line has 5. It's a lot harder than you think!
We say NO to bullying - Helping hands, if we are having trouble there are a lot of people who can give us a helping hand!
